Complete Overhaul of CAT C32 ACERT Marine Engine (Workshop-Based)
This project involved a complete overhaul of a CAT C32 ACERT marine engine carried out in our workshop environment. The scope of work focused on the inspection, servicing, and restoration of critical engine components to support reliable performance and operational readiness. All activities were conducted in line with established maintenance procedures, with attention to component condition, assembly integrity, and functional checks prior to completion.

Installation of the Rockerarm casing

- Complete disassembly of the CAT C32 ACERT marine engine
- Inspection and preparation of the engine block and internal components
- Preparation and installation of crankshaft and crankshaft bearings
- Application of specified torque to crankshaft fasteners in accordance with manufacturer requirements
- Preparation and installation of pistons
- Installation of cylinder heads, seals, and covers
- Installation of rocker arm casing and associated components
- Final assembly checks and confirmation of installation integrity
